Shipping and Returns
Warmth and Weather is located in Ontario, Canada. We charge a fixed shipping rate of $15.00 CAD on all orders in Canada and the United States. Orders over $300 will receive free shipping across Canada and the US. We aim to ship all orders placed before 2 pm Monday to Friday within 2 business days for standard shipping. Other speedier shipping options will be displayed at the checkout.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been fulfilled. Items crossing a border may take an extra week or so to be delivered due to customs clearance. The customer is responsible for ensuring we have the correct address prior to shipping. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address that was supplied to us at checkout. Packages returned to us due to incorrect addresses will reship at the customer's cost.
International orders outside of Canada and USA will be required to pay calculated shipping rates at checkout. Orders will be sent through Canada Post then handed off to your home country postal carrier.
We accept no responsibility for items shipped by us once tracking shows they are delivered. We understand shipments can go missing at destination, so if you believe your package is best shipped with signature required on delivery please let us know when you place your order. There may be a slight charge for this, depending on where you live. We are NOT responsible for missing packages if we ship to the address you gave us and tracking shows as delivered but you didn't receive it. Please let us know if you have a problem, we are always willing to help out if you have an issue
In the fall, we offer a 'Free Shipping' special, around the time of Black Friday. Follow us on FB at Warmth and Weather to learn about our specials. During significant promotional events such as Free Shipping Week and seasonal clearance sales, we DO NOT guarantee that we can ship orders within our typical 48-hour time frame. If your order is time sensitive, please avoid ordering during these events, as we would not like you to be disappointed. During sales, it is also not advisable to request overnight shipping as we cannot guarantee it can reach you overnight.
We cannot make adjustments to your order after it’s placed. If you realize you made an error after receiving your order notification contact us IMMEDIATELY so we can make the necessary fix before it starts processing.
Duty & Taxes
If you place an order online, you are responsible for any duty, taxes and customs charges associated with your order. These costs vary from country to country, so we are unable to estimate the potential additional cost.
Refund, Exchanges, Sales and Warranty
Thank you for shopping with us, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product we gladly do exchanges and refunds up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Items purchased between October 1 and December 1 are eligible for refund up to January 31. Refunds will be issued to the original purchaser. Shipping costs are not refunded. Items must be unused and in original condition, with original tags in place. We reserve the right to reject any returned item that does not meet the above requirements. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Store credits will be a Gift Code emailed to you upon completion of the return. Refunds will be on the original payment card, minus shipping charges. This process can take a day or two with international transactions.
For a Refund or Exchange
Enclose a copy of the original invoice or packing slip in the shipment. List on the paperwork your request for a refund or exchange. List the specific details requested for exchanges.
We will ship out an exchange at no cost. We do not cover the cost of the return to us.

Our sales help us to move overstock and clearance items. All sales are final. There are no price adjustments following a purchase.
Warmth and Weather warranty our products to be free of material and manufacturing defects for 12 months after the date of purchase. If your product qualifies for a warranty claim, send a photo showing the defect and the product label so we can assess the claim.
A replacement or refund will be issued once the claim is verified, we will take full responsibility for replacement shipping costs.
If you have been sent the wrong item in error or feel you are missing an item from your order, please contact us immediately by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and we will remedy the situation.
