My boiled wool outerwear is a breeze to put on, which I love because I can’t wait to get outside and play. With a quick zip, I’m ready to go, and the best part is I can do it myself! This week I even learned how to start the zipper on my jacket all on my own.
The pull-on trousers fit perfectly over my leggings. They’re soft but strong, and they make me run faster, climb higher, and roll even quicker down the grassy hills.

(And here’s a secret my mom doesn’t know—dirt brushes right off! Shh, don’t tell!” The trick is to let it dry first before brushing it off.)
Little Sister’s Turn
My little sister wears the overalls. Her old pair—the ones I used to wear—had buttons, but her new ones have a zipper too. Even though she’s small, she can zip them up herself. So much faster than I ever was!
“My sister’s overalls are easy-peasy. Zip—done!”
The overalls aren’t bulky or stiff, and she can move however she wants—jumping, crouching, even hanging upside down. They’re also comfy in the car seat on the way to school and cozy on the ride home.
Layered for Every Adventure
I like wearing my jacket and pants over my wool base and mid layers. They fit just right, and when it rains, I can pull a raincoat or rain pants over the top. My wool doesn’t get in the way—it just keeps me warm underneath.
“When it rains, I just pull my raincoat on top. My wool keeps me cozy inside.”
The Best Part
I don’t even have to think about it. I can run, play, and explore, and my jacket and trousers, and my sister’s overalls take care of the rest. That’s why I call them my adventure clothes.
