Wool and silk blends are agreeable even to delicate skin. Silk is especially healthy for the skin.  It actively balances temperature, giving warmth when it is cold and cools down when warm.  Silk can take up 40 % of its own weight as moisture. The envelope neck on the shirt is easy to slip on and off and holds it shape well. 

Care: Wash by hand or machine washable on a gentle cycle in warm water.

Perfect first shirt for newborn

Was her first and only shirt for first 2 months, used when not doing skin to skin.
Very soft, dries quickly, easy over head.
So cute.
Size 50-56 is small and didn't fit long though as it got short even if width was still good.
